Freedom For Others

Freedom For Others

Genesis 1:26
Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
Acts 13:36
“Now when David had served God’s purpose in his own generation, he fell asleep; he was buried with his ancestors and his body decayed.

The greatest tragedy in life is not death, but a life without purpose.

Your purpose isn’t for you.
Your purpose is God’s purpose.

Psalm 57:2 NLT
I cry out to God Most High, to God who will fulfill his purpose for me.
Psalm 37:23-24
“The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand.”
Proverbs 16:9
“We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps.”
Psalm 78:70-71 NLT
He [God] chose his servant David, calling him from the sheep pens. He took David from tending the ewes and lambs and made him the shepherd of Jacob’s descendants—God’s own people, Israel.

If you want to serve God’s purpose,
start serving people!

Mark 10:45
"For even the Son of Man "didn't come to be served, but came to serve and to give His life as a ransom for many."
Galatians 5:13
It is absolutely clear that God has called you to a free life. Just make sure that you don’t use this freedom as an excuse to do whatever you want to do and destroy your freedom. Rather, use your freedom to serve one another in love; that’s how freedom grows.
